AllPanel Terms and Conditions — Eight Official Clauses on Your ID, Payouts and Void Bets

Opening an AllPanel ID, depositing, placing a bet or asking for a payout means you accept the eight clauses below. They cover who may play, how your username and password work, what happens to money going in and out, when a bet is voided, when an account is closed, where AllPanel liability stops, and how these terms change. Short version? Play only if you are 18 or older, keep your login to yourself, and withdraw only to an account in your own name.

1. Clause 1: AllPanel Eligibility — Verified 18+ Players Only

   You must be at least 18 to hold an AllPanel ID. Age can be re-checked by the desk at any point, and an ID found to belong to someone younger is closed; stakes placed from it are voided and any deposit that can be traced goes back to the paying account.

   One person, one AllPanel ID. That is the rule.

   Local law is your side of the bargain. Whether your state permits online betting is something AllPanel has no way to read from a username, so that call, and whatever follows from getting it wrong, stays with the player.

2. Clause 2: Your AllPanel ID and Login Password — Secure Account Rules

   Every player username comes from the AllPanel desk on WhatsApp chat, usually in five to eight minutes (closer to 15-20 on a busy IPL evening). Usernames mix letters and digits and are case-sensitive. Your first password is temporary, and the site makes you set your own on the first sign-in.

   Your AllPanel ID is a player ID and nothing more. Admin, Master, Super and Agent access is operator equipment, and trying those logins with a player username counts as misuse under Clause 6.

   A bet sent from your username with the right password is your bet, because AllPanel cannot tell who was holding the phone. Password leaked? Message the desk the moment you notice. Bets already settled by then are not reversed.

3. Clause 3: AllPanel Deposits — Fast UPI and Bank Credit Terms

   AllPanel accepts UPI from ₹100, which normally credits in 1-3 minutes, and IMPS or bank transfer from ₹500, which takes roughly 5 to 20 minutes. Money counts as deposited only once it shows in your AllPanel balance, not when your bank app says "sent". Keep the UTR number until it lands (it is the first thing the desk asks for if a credit is slow).

4. Clause 4: AllPanel Withdrawal Terms — Reliable Payouts from ₹500

   Clause 4 in numbers: ₹500 minimum per request. Paid inside twenty minutes to an hour once the AllPanel desk approves it, on a normal day. On a final night, when half the country cashes out together, allow up to 2 hours before chasing.

   Payouts go only to a bank or UPI account in the same name as the ID holder. AllPanel will not send money to a friend, a relative or a shop, however the request is worded.

   Sometimes one AllPanel payout gets parked for a document check. What triggers it is always the request itself, say a sum many times bigger than your usual cash-out, a payee name that is not yours, or a bank account already linked to a second username. Only that request waits; bets, deposits and the rest of the AllPanel balance keep moving. Honestly, most players never hit this.

Where the AllPanel Terms Apply — Every Official Name and Address

These AllPanel terms follow your account wherever you open it, whether you typed allpanel, allpaanel, all panel exchange or allpanel exch into a search bar. Those clauses apply to the AllPanel Exchange lobby, to the allpanel exchange login screen and to every mirror the desk confirms.

1. An allpanel login or allpaanel login, with the allpanel login password you set yourself, falls under Clause 2.

5. Clause 5: Void Bets on AllPanel — Fair Settlement Rules

   • the price was plainly wrong because of a feed or technical error;
   • the bet was accepted after the outcome was already known;
   • a match is abandoned or a fancy or session line cannot be settled under its own market rule;
   • a casino round (Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar or any other table) was interrupted before a result;
   • several AllPanel IDs were used together to work around limits.

   A voided stake is returned to your AllPanel balance. Winnings on it are removed, and so are losses. If a market has its own posted rule, that rule decides the settlement.

6. Clause 6: Closed AllPanel Accounts — Clear Suspension Terms

   The AllPanel desk can suspend or close an ID for underage use, for duplicate IDs, for payments from someone else's account, or for abusive play covered in Clause 5. You can also ask to close your own ID on chat at any time, and once an AllPanel username has been shut it is never reopened under a new name, whoever asks and however long ago it happened. Where the balance is clean it is paid out under Clause 4 before the ID is shut; where it comes from voided AllPanel activity, only the untouched deposit is returned. Closed means closed.

7. Clause 7: AllPanel Liability Limits — Official Position

   AllPanel is not liable for losses from a dropped mobile connection, a blocked address or a delay on the bank side. Betting domains get blocked in India from time to time; when an AllPanel address stops opening, the same username and balance work on the next address the desk confirms. We are not responsible for money sent to a number or site that the AllPanel desk did not give you.

   In every case our liability is capped at the balance in your AllPanel ID.

8. Clause 8: Changes to AllPanel Terms — Latest Version Notice
